Dinho & Ginny Pereira, have been at Victoria Ministries since 1997. They are the founders of this organization and have been in ministry for over 50 years, serving under Child Evangelism and Fellowship, Christian Camping International Brazil (founders in Brazil), Latin American Mission and today under United World Mission at Victoria Ministries. Dinho serves today as head of the training department and gives seminars around Brazil on Camp Ministry.

Marli Ribeiro, has been at Victoria Ministries since 2006 and is currently the Director of Camp Victoria. She joined the ministry after taking two of the trainings offered on Camp Leadership. She has two adopted sons, Gabriel and Felipe.
